Sanctum — Product Lead, App Team

The app
Sanctum's app is a fun way to build wealth the right way: no gambling, no prediction markets, no day trading, and never boring. The app team is responsible for developing and distributing the Sanctum app.
What I do
I work directly with the Sanctum CEO and the rest of the seven-person team. I own product feature ideation and direction, user feedback, go-to-market, and growth.
In progress
My biggest contribution so far is helping ideate a yield boost feature and campaign. Users would earn a base yield, then have a chance to pull daily packs containing a fixed yield boost tied to a fixed deposit and time period — for example, a 5% boost on $2,000 for seven days.
The feature is still being worked on, so there are no meaningful adoption or growth numbers to share yet.
What I'm learning
I'm learning how a larger, remote startup organizes its planning and execution. I've also been learning to think in terms of WBRs and make decisions with those business reviews in mind.
